Kusursuz Kiracı Story:

After a childhood in an orphanage, Young Mona (Dilan Çiçek Deniz) is an internet reporter, who works hard to hold on to life on her own, one-day mona’s boss assigned her to cover the news, where the house was set on fire as The arson cases in different parts of Istanbul, do not stop.

Yakup (Serkay Tütüncü) is also a news reporter who has come to cover the same news as Mona but the police do not allow Yakup to take pictures of the burnt house. A police officer is a friend of Mona, and because of this, she gets photos of the burnt house. Yakup asks for help from mona to give some pictures but she disagrees.

Later, Yakup gives Mona a lift to her house. Mona sees that the landlord, with whom she has already quarreled, has put her belongings in front of the door and now she is homeless.

Mona asks for help from Leyla (Melisa Döngel), who works as a police officer and is her only close friend, whom she has known since the orphanage, because Leyla is on a secret mission so Mona cannot move in with her, and Mona is left helpless.

Then She is forced to accept the offer of Yakup, who was with her at the time, later Mona moves into Yakup’s flat as a tenant, which was divided into two by a strange architecture, as a temporary solution. However, things do not turn out as he had hoped. An unpleasant surprise awaits him in Yakup’s Apartment, where she will meet strange neighbors.

The neighbors, who act mysteriously, do not seem happy at all that she has moved into the apartment. It’s clear that something extraordinary is going on inside, but before Mona has time to understand what’s going on, she runs into an unexpected, serious problem.
