As per reports, the English Title of the film, whose official name isn’t yet known, is “Last Call For Istanbul” And the original name could be “İstanbul İçin Son Çağrı” (Turkish). The film will tell the story of Serin and Mehmet, who some way or another wound up in New York and found a sense of peace with their past.

Also, Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ can be seen in Aşıklar Bayramı his new Turkish movie going to release soon. It also starring Settar Tanrıöğen and  Özcan Alper in lead roles. Aşıklar Bayramı is Adapted from Kemal Varol’s novel of a similar name, the film recounts the tale of notable folk poet and Heves Ali and his lawyer son Yusuf, full of regret, anger, curiosity, and 25 years of longing.

Yusuf (Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ) and his saz lover dad Heves Ali (Settar Tanrıöğen) run into each other on their long and maybe the last journey following 25 years of partition. the movie is written and directed by Özcan Alper. father and child attempt to tackle their concerns with their past and their future from one perspective.

Aşıklar Bayramı will be released on Netflix on 2 September 2022.
